Yes, usually we support free samples with freight collect, which you may need to take charge of the shipping cost. For sample shipping, they are usually with battery inside, you can pay us the sample freight by paypal, and we can ship on our shipping channel to you. The sample freight cost can be refund if you confirm a production order with us.

Our factory has our own QC staff, and they will inspect your order 100% before shipment. To test the function, check the product surface cleanliness, logo printing and package. We will replace all defective items by good units to ensure our production order is quality passed.

Normally, we do not accept to cancel the order by free if the official PO order is approved. If in any case the customer wish to cancel the order, and after checked our factory haven’t booked the materials and components yet, we can discuss to cancel the order by free. If the order were already taken underway, the materils and components were booked, we will take emergency action to suspend the order and will charge the very basic relative cost for not taking more lost.

We usually accept T/T payment for production order. Paypal payment is acceptable for sample orders. For newer client, our regular payment term is 30% total amount as deposit before ordering and then 70% total amount before shipment. There are more flexible and favorable payment term acceptable after we build a partner working or more stable business relationship.

Yes, we could do custom logo according to your request on most of our products. We could do different way of branding: such as screen print, laser engraving, pad print, UV full color printing etc.

Yes, we accept custom orders. We are ODM/OEM factory, depend on your requirements, we could make custom logo/printing on product, custom PMS matched product casing, custom branded gift box/package. Even more, we accept to work on custom moulded new design speakers depend on your artwork and budget.
